OUR VISION
Our priority is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where those affected by trauma, chronic stress and burnout, can access holistic care, build lifelong wellbeing skills, and rejuvenate and relax at our unique farmstay retreat.
WHO WE ARE
Nature Nurture Nourish Community offers hands-on farm experiences and natural health care for frontline, emergency and defence force personnel.
We are a team of health professionals, qualified and experienced in many aspects of natural health, as well as having direct life experience in frontline work. We have lived experience in infertility, miscarriage, postnatal depression, PTSD and chronic illness - these experiences have shaped our understanding of, and compassion for others who may feel helpless, hopeless and overwhelmed. Through nature, feeling nurtured and physically nourished, the body is able to recover from many challenges.
